PMU Encyclopedia

A complete knowledge system that gives you predictable healing and flawless results — every single time.

Stop working by feel. Start understanding why pigment stays in the skin for a specific period of time, why it fades, what happens to certain colorants when exposed to external factors — and how to consistently deliver premium results that build your brand and attract discerning clients.

Does this sound familiar?

One client heals perfectly — another retains almost nothing, and a third heals darker and cooler on one side.

You have "technical" knowledge, but you're missing the fundamentals that would make your results predictable, consistent, and repeatable.

You do brow PMU, but after every session you wonder how they're going to heal.

You leave trainings feeling like it's still not enough.

It's frustrating when the quality of your work feels like a matter of luck.

And deep down, you know you're capable of so much more.

What's inside?

Explore color theory in PMU, the physics of color, and how pigment behaves in the skin: transparency, opacity, and light scattering. Understand the chemistry and biology of color (melanin, hemoglobin, carotene), RYB/CMYK/RGB color models, color temperature, skin undertones, and complementary colors.

With this knowledge, you will:

Color theory is the foundation of every intentional pigmentation.

We break pigment down to its core: organic and inorganic colorants, binders, carriers, consistency, transparency, and saturation. Explore lacquer pigments, the differences between organic and inorganic formulas, types of black (carbon black vs. iron oxide black), REACH regulations, and how to read labels and Colour Index (CI) numbers.

With this knowledge, you will:

Eyebrow Map — the geometry that will elevate your work. Learn facial proportions (the three horizontal thirds), the brow triad (front, apex, tail), AB / TOP / TAIL reference lines, hair stroke direction, thickness, and anatomical limitations. I cover brow design for narrow, wide, mature, and hooded-eye face types.

With this knowledge, you will:

Equipment Guide — machines, needles, and parameters under control. Explore pigment types (dense, glycerin-based, water-based) and how they affect your technique. We break down machines: corded vs. cordless, needle stroke, vibration, rigidity, and weight. We cover low/medium/high stroke, needle protrusion, cartridge anatomy, membrane, tips, and selecting the right needle for the skin type and technique.

With this knowledge, you will:

Pixel Architecture — powder brows technique from A to Z. Learn the anatomy of a single pixel and its impact on the final result. We cover working depth, pressure control, hand stabilization, correct machine positioning, angles (85–90° and 70–90°), working pace, soft needle entry and exit, pass consistency, hygiene, and latex practice. This is the foundation of powder technique — without it, there are no beautiful, even brows.

With this knowledge, you will:

Who will be teaching you?

Daria Napierała

My name is Daria Napierała and I am a permanent makeup trainer and the founder of Pixelove Academy. For years, I have been helping liner artists truly understand technique, pigments, needles, and the full working process — so they can finally build the confidence that so often goes missing after their first training.

I created the signature ALLURE BROWS technique, run both in-person and online trainings, and share my knowledge at international conferences, where I also have the privilege of serving as a judge. In this industry, I stand for quality, clear explanations, and genuine post-training support — the kind I once needed myself, and the kind that is still missing for so many artists.

My goal is to show you that in PMU, you don’t have to work blindly. I will teach you intentional technique, a real understanding of pigmentology, and the decision-making skills that will make every pair of brows better than the last.

I believe success doesn’t come on its own — we build it through work, knowledge, and consistency. And that is exactly what I share at Pixelove.

This is for you if:

But this is not for you if:

How much are you losing by working without this knowledge?

Every month, you could be losing thousands. Every year — tens of thousands.

Because you're working within a system that isn't giving you the full set of tools. Now, you can finally change that.
